VEOS Offshore & Marine, since 1983, has been meeting your demands with precision, responsiveness, and environmental responsibility. In January 2004, the company VEOS Offshore & Marine was merged under the VEOS Group Holding, initiated by its founder, Pierre de Vatteville. Since its inception, VEOS has developed its expertise in various fields of activity:

VEOS Offshore & Marine’s achievements owe their success to the quality of their components:
- Nibraprene® coating, a specially formulated polyurethane of the “polyuré” type, offers excellent resistance to abrasion and shear, as well as dimensional stability due to its solvent-free composition.
- Physically cross-linked polyethylene foam High-tenacity
- Polyester textile reinforcements These components give VEOS products a high-performance set of features, manufactured under ISO 9001 standards.
VEOS Industry, a subsidiary of the VEOS group, produces all the metal parts found in VEOS products. The in-house production of these parts within the group allows for a quick response to any specific request in the following product ranges:

- Vessel equipment
- Buoys and floats
- Specialized products
The integrated engineering department at VEOS Offshore & Marine relies on state-of-the-art CAD-CAM equipment (Autodesk Inventor).

Quality Policy
Historically, VEOS has always based its overall organization on effective quality policy. As early as 1985, the execution of the first contracts with the French National Navy established our foundation for quality work. These projects are handled with the support of SIAR (Industrial Armament Surveillance), which develops the framework for RAQ references (Quality Assurance Report).
Subsequently, we received ISO 9002 certification from Bureau Veritas. In 2009/2010, remaining true to our quality management, VEOS obtained ISO 9001 edition 2008 certification.
In January 2013, this recognition was renewed for the next three years, and we take pride in being able to serve our customers according to this standard, which is a guarantee of seriousness and efficiency.
In July 2018, we achieved ISO 9001 edition 2015 certification.
Organization
Established by Pierre de VATTEVILLE in the early 1980s, NIBS France has expanded its presence in various sectors. Its founder, a key figure in the company since its inception, has maintained the desire to keep it as a “family-owned business.”
Since 2009, two of the founder’s sons, Etiennne & Adrien have joined the company as co-managers. Leading the Sales and Technical Departments respectively, they bring a fresh perspective to the company.
